Internet Pinball Database Link for Tales of the Arabian Nights.
I bought this game from a local collector. It spent time on route in a Chuckee Cheese in Waukegan, IL.
The game had several issues, mostly related to broken diverters and misconnected magnet connectors. The cosmetic condition is excellent. Minimal cabinet fade and no appreciable playfield wear.
I have upgraded the machine with new plastics, and the seven piece protector set from Orbit Pinball. I have also changed the rubber to white, and added colored post sleeves from Cliffy. Purple LED's have been added to the jet bumpers, which really make them pop. The ramps are original. I also added the Tim Hanian sword topper. A Kim glare guard completes the package.
This is really a beautiful sight and sound package. One of the most beautiful games ever made. The ruleset is not the deepest, but the game play is still good.
2/20/09 Update: I have done the Ed Cheung Bass Boost mod to the cabinet speaker channel. Even with the existing speaker, the improvement is very noticable. I used a 330 ohm resister.
